Finally, this show is getting the buzz it deserves. I say that without seeing anything past the second season. But I’m sure Catherine O’Hara is as amazing as ever.
Season 2 is a bit of a comedic slowdown compared to the first season. There’s still plenty of laugh out loud moments, and hundreds of I can’t believe that’s their outfit moments. What Season 2 establishes, is the emotional heart of the show. That deep down past their stuffy attitudes and primped personalities, the Rose family does care. And Schitt’s Creek needed to establish that – or double down Always Sunny style. Personally, I’m glad they made the choice they did.
